The "Signature"includes:​​

• Six, 90-minute sessions​​

• Dedicated time each session is to a customized sound experience based on YOU. Whether in-person or virtual, sessions can be deeply restful, inspire clarity, and have been reported to reduce anxiety, help sleep and ultimately support a meaningful coaching experience.

• Each session allows for time to process the sound experience as well as follow your inspiration towards meaningful change with coaching.

• Sessions timed across 6-8 weeks, led by an experienced an experienced Intuitive coach and licensed medical professional with over 15 years professional experience ​

• An inviting space, whether virtual or in-person that is confidential and non-judgmental​​

​​

• An exploration of your personal values and vision​​​​

​

• HIPPA compliant Virtual Sessions (Video or Audio) that allow you the flexibility to commit to your process

• Select referrals for those needing additional professional support​​

​

• At home free sound resources in-between sessions.
