Change Maker

The "Change Maker" package includes:

• 2, one hour sessions and 10, 45 minute sessions spread across 6 months by an experienced an experienced intuitive coach and licensed medical professional who has over 15 years professional experience ​

• An inviting space, whether virtual or in-person that is confidential and non-judgmental​​

​​

• An exploration of your personal values and vision​

​

• A longer timeframe and 12 sessions sessions to allow for the opportunity to see real change and have more coaching support and accountability

​

• An exploration of your personal values and vision

​

• A guided process to for you to work towards your Wellness vision over the course of 6 months 

​

• HIPPA compliant Virtual Sessions (Video or Audio) that allow you the flexibility to commit to your process

​

• Select referrals for those needing additional professional support​​

​

• Dedicated Mindfulness and/or Sound Therapy tools (optional)
