Get Started

 "Get Started" includes:

• 2, one-hour deep dive sessions

• 4, 45 minute sessions for a total of 6 sessions,

• Sessions timed across 2-3 months by an experienced an experienced Intuitive coach and licensed medical professional with over 15 years professional experience

• An inviting space, that is confidential and non-judgmental​​

​

• An exploration of your personal values and vision

​

• A guided process for you to work towards that vision over the course of 6 months

​

• HIPPA compliant Virtual Sessions (Video or Audio) that allow you the flexibility to commit to your process

​

• Select referrals for those needing additional professional support​​

​

• Dedicated Mindfulness and/or Sound Therapy tools (optional)
